“I started with Kari in the Spring of 2019 because one of my rowing coaches told me I would experience less soreness and injuries if I strengthened my core and posterior chain.  Additionally, I wanted to regain some balance and proficiency in lateral movements I’d lost over 25 years of cycling as my main activity.  I chose Kari because of her advanced degree and specialization in corrective exercises.

Objective Results: I’ve gained 35 watts on the 20-minute power test for cycling and knocked a minute off my 2km time on the erg.
