Strongly recommended for those looking to commit to a lifestyle change. Includes 2 health coaching sessions per month (6 in total) through video call and ongoing email and text support between sessions.

Single Session
Offered as an exploratory session to learn how health coaching works or for a follow up session after the 3 month program. All sessions are conducted through video call.

People seek out health coaches for a variety of reasons including managing stress, making dietary changes, improving sleep, losing weight, increasing physical activity, and managing chronic health conditions, just to name a few. Health coaching is focused on motivation and behavior change with the ultimate goal that clients are able to maintain new ongoing healthy lifestyle habits. It is a collaborative process between the coach and client in which the coach helps the client determine how to reach their goals. Deciding and doing are two very different things. People often know what to do, but not how to get it done. That is where the role of the health coach comes in.
