One-On-One Personal Training

Provides the most individualized attention. Perfect whether you’re new to exercise, want to take your training to the next level, are dealing with an injury or physical limitation, or just prefer working with a trainer and the additional accountability.


$140 per session

Semi-Private/ Partner Training

Joint sessions perfect for couples, friends, or family. You’ll both receive individualized attention, while having the extra motivation, encouragement, or competition of your partner! Not recommended for those with injuries or special conditions.


$85/person per session

Small Group Training for 3-4 people

Perfect for a group of friends or family members. Have fun training together in a group and still getting individualized attention and feedback to get the results you want, all while staying budget friendly!


$55-65/person per session

All personal training options are available as in-person or virtual training. In-person sessions can take place at Lateral Fitness Chicago (314 W Superior St in River North) or in your home or residential building gym. An additional travel fee applies to in-home sessions. Personal Training sessions can be added on to online fitness training or health coaching.
