Online Fitness Training options for all levels

Online Training

Designed for those with prior workout experience (> 1 year of strength training). Perfect for those that need some extra accountability or motivation, are tired of not seeing any results, or looking to take the guess work out of your training.

What’s Included:

  • Customized monthly fitness program, delivered via online app with training plan, video demonstrations, exercise and nutrition tracking

  • Initial virtual assessment session

  • Ongoing support from your coach - available by in-app messaging to answer questions, check-in, and provide accountability and motivation

  • Optional monthly 30 minute virtual session to check-in, set goals, go over movements, ask questions, and provide additional accountability (+ $50/month)

Hybrid Training

A hybrid between online and one-on-one training. Designed for those with little to no workout experience (< 1 year of strength training), those that struggle staying motivated, or those that just need more accountability.

What’s Included:

Everything from the online training package PLUS:

  • 4 one-on-one personal training sessions per month (in-person or virtual)

    Virtual sessions can be conducted via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, or your preference of virtual platform. Along with additional accountability, these sessions are important for your coach to teach proper form and ensure all exercises are performed safely and effectively.

Initial Consultation

Conducted over phone or video, the initial free consultation provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other. If we decide we are a good fit to work together, we’ll move on to the next steps.

Health History & Goals

You’ll be asked to fill out a few forms to dive a little deeper into your goals, health history, exercise experience, and lifestyle background.

Initial Assessment

Every program includes an initial video assessment. This is essential for me as your coach to assess any strengths, weaknesses and imbalances in order to create a customized program for you based on your needs. These assessments may include any of the following:

  • Postural assessment
  • Range of motion and mobility tests
  • Movement screening
  • Strength testing

Customized Program

Using all of the information I’ve gathered from the first three steps, I’ll create a custom program designed specifically for you based on your goals, strengths and weaknesses, and lifestyle factors.

Full Online Access

Your program is accessible 24/7 through the online app. From the app, you will have access to:

  • Monthly program with instructions and video demonstrations for every exercise
  • Nutrition tracking and guidance
  • Option to submit videos of yourself performing exercises to receive feedback
  • In-app messaging to ask me questions directly or share your progress and achievements with me whenever you want!

Ongoing Support

In addition to unlimited messaging support in the online portal and through email, each month we will schedule a virtual session to go over form, talk through your progress and potential obstacles, and to provide extra accountability.

You will also be part of the Tunney Team, where I’ll periodically send out additional coaching materials, tips, advice, or just some extra motivation!
